A Centralized Student Information System for Both School and Residence to Support Students听
The Total Care Student Tracker records observations from teachers, guidance counsellors, liaison staff, residence house parents and other members of the Total Care team who interact with each student听daily.听It tracks details of student behaviors that are key to their success in the classroom,听and听their health and happiness in residence.听听Parents and students have access to this timely information at all times via听ezReport听Card.听
Circle of Care individualizes听Caring &听Support听
Based on the observations in the Student Tracker, the Circle of Care team meets weekly on Thursday to discuss students听who听require extra support,听and听to听recommend individualized programming to support their success.听For each student, the committee will听monitor and听offer individualized plans that could include:听
