Last month, ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ opened a new academic facility for ESL students. The new building, named Cedar campus, will be home to our comprehensive ESL program for Canadian and international students with various ESL proficiency levels.

With state-of-the-art facilities, including modern classrooms and language labs, students will have access to a number of resources designed to foster their academic and personal success.

The building is centrally located on the Hamilton Mountain, conveniently beside our Pine Hall residences. Columbia provides busing services to students who need to commute between the Cedar and Ainsliewood buildings.

ESL program The ESL program offers 5 levels of instruction ranging from Beginners (ESLAO) to Advanced (ESLEO). Through the program, students learn to communicate clearly and effectively and develop good ESL reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.
